AM RISE & FLOW

Get energized first thing in the morning! Stretch, loosen, and tone muscles while promoting proper blood circulation. This moderate paced vinyasa class encourages flexibility, strength, and balance. Yoga in the morning increases energy and focus throughout the day.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Slow down and pay attention to what your body is telling you. In this class there are fewer poses that are held for longer periods of time. Props like pillows and blankets are used for adjustments/accommodations that suit you. You will find comfort relaxing into poses with the aid of props, so there is no strain or pain. Release muscular tension and improve mobility while stilling your mind.

VINYASA

Classes move at a more energetic pace and are typically a full hour. Elevate your heart rate to encourage oxygenation of the body and increase a healthy range of motion. Learn to focus on combining movement with breath control and improve self discipline. Through continuous movement, stretch and strengthen each muscle while improving mental stability.

CORE YOGA

Focus on strengthening your core. You will flow through a sequence that incorporates breath, strength, flexibility, and endurance. Challenge yourself with poses that create heat within the body and targets your core. Use a holistic approach to increase strength evenly throughout the body.

SPECTRUM YOGA

I have been working with children and adults with disabilities for 10 years and have seen a difference when yoga is incorporated. Yoga is a great way to learn better communication skills and builds self awarness to help identify and regulate emotions. It also helps to let energy out by building heat in high energy classes. Some classes are low key for the body to cool down, and the mind to slow down. Every class relieves stress and leaves your loved ones more confident and happy.
